BIG changes…..!!!!

i have put in for a produce management position to natural grocers. they are moving into flag and hope to open by the end of july.

had  a phone interview. possible sit down interview sunday afternoon.

it is alot of hours, lots of shifts. would be very diff world for our family. it is a wonderful opportunity. it is my career, my profession, my passion. i have all the skills to walk into the position.

i am EXCITED!!!!

will let you know!

wonder’s of winter and grey’s anatomy

winter wonderland outside and inside…….

 

1—watching our dogs have a blast frolicking in the snow. burying their whole heads and bodies deep into snow.

2—drying off boots in front of the fire after kids come in from hours of snow play(pretty much doing the same thing as the dogs!)

3—cooking,baking,running water to do dishes. orange angel’s food cake just outta the oven!

4—the smells in my house from the above.

5—snuggling with the hubby watching basketball.

 

 

now for Grey’s———-

     i am surprised and over joyed to see how they are handling the effects of an abortion has on a couple. the women was pregnant and did not tell her husband. she was planning on going herself to terminate and just go on with life. she did not want a baby. she finally told him and he did not want to abort, he wanted kids. BUT he acquiesced and they went thru with it. the characters are now having problems. she is going behind his back to do things he has told her not to do(he is her boss).

every fight comes back to the abortion. she does not get that he can’t just get over it and move on. he can’t get that she is not affected more by it. the last episode i saw they were fighting again and she says to him,”it always comes back to that?” he says yes it does, “you killed our baby.”

VERY POWERFUL for a super hit super high profile show to be actually showing how much a man is touched, emotionally connected to an unborn baby. it brings to the fore front the ability an abortion has to tear relationships apart. it is not a simple or easy thing. for either person.

i am very glad and proud of the show and network to do this. way to go! i applaud them for the guts it takes to put this into the story line. i hope this story line keeps this angle and shows the reality of abortion.

spring break!

hi all, having a good time with spring break here! been so nice out in flag. and went to havasu for an overnight! saw my uncle and aunt, my cousin and her hubby and sons! very chill and gorgeous out!!

 

supposed to snow up to 2 feet! by monday!! we will see.

been TOOO long……..miss ya!

hello all, i know how long its been! i am hoping to start writing here more. really need to share. and i feel like i have lost a good friend recently and dont have her to share with.

anyways………..life in general is CRAZY! so so so much has happened.

 

a list………….

 

moved

crashed a car

got rid of one cat :(

started parenting classes

trying VERY hard to fix our family

i am working on my relationship with God

 

elijah turned 16

jadon turned 13

samuel turned 10

 

and so i am living a day to day, hour by hour life. it is a rollercoaster and i am trying to find the small victories.
