next week is the last week of school for samuel and elijah.

samuel has kindergarten promotion on wednesday morning. they are doing a singing program and then having a potluck picnic after.

elijah has his 6th grade promotion ceremony that night at 7. we will be having cookies and punch after. i think we might go to dinner as a family first.

they have half days and they are not doing much of anything.  they are having end of school parties and such.

zion homeschool is having our end of school party. jadon wants grape soda floats. should be fun.

i will be gearing up for our trip to lake powell. my parents get here on saturday  and we leave to go up there sunday. i am so excited!!!

Be sure to see the Ben Stein movie, Expelled. Its premise of freedom is wrong, but the movie is an outstanding exposé of the persecution being visited on university professors and honest scientists who have dared to indicate interest in the Intelligent Design idea. Darwinists are obviously very worried. Many recent discoveries about the fantastic complexity of the living cell have devastated those who insist on serving the god of evolution.

hey everyone,

how are ya?

we are all doing good over here.

it is warm up here in the mountains of AZ. flagstaff is gorgeous in the spring/summer!!! it is beautiful!

we went to the youth camp, UCYC, in prescott this weekend for our yearly mission trip there. it was so nice out and lemme tell you, we worked it.

our crew was doing slash  and cut for a mountain bike trail. we had to haul all the debris out and get the rocks and tree stumps out too.

it was a long day but man we really powered it out.

samuel and elijah are amazing workers. jadon decided to work a half day.

this week it is back into school and gearing up for end of school stuff!
